Intro to Personal Training Package

  • 3 Sessions only $70 (30 minute Individual Sessions)
    • 1 time deal for clients new to Personal Training 

EFT PACKAGE OPTIONS

-Add your training packages to your membership for hassle free training

-Schedule your sessions with your trainer to use them all within the month

-Helps to keep you accountable with consistent training

-Helps you stick to your goals

-Adjustable package options to fit your schedule

Member Rates: 

  • 4, 30 minutes sessions- $120
  • 8, 30 minutes sessions- $225
  • 12, 30 minute sessions- $330 

Non-Member Rate:

  • 12, 30 minute sessions- $440

STANDARD PACKAGE OPTIONS

*Standard Package Sessions are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Sessions that go unused will be lost.*

Member Rates: 

  • 1, 30 minute session- $35
  • 12, 30 minute session- $330
  • 12, 45 minute sessions- $435

Dual Standard Package (Both participants must have training package):
