How to register for personal training:

- Personal Trainer requests submitted Friday afternoon-Sunday will be followed up with the following week
INTRO PACKAGE

STANDARD PACKAGE
- Standard Package Sessions are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Sessions that go unused will be lost.

Small Group Training
Join our dynamic small group bootcamps, available at various days & times throughout the week. Stay committed to your fitness goals with the flexibility & support of small group training! Purchase a pack of 8 sessions & use them for any of our small group bootcamp classes.
- Flexible Scheduling: Pick any bootcamp session that fits your schedule.
- Reservation Process: Use the Y360 app to reserve your spot. Class reservations open 72 hours before the start time & close 2 hours before class begins, except for our 5:30 am classes, which close 8 hours in advance.
- Session Expiration: Your 8-session pack is valid for 6 months, so use them at your own pace.

- Affordable & Accessible: Groups of 3 to 6 people enjoy exclusive access to a Personal Trainer with a customized series of 12 sessions for only $110 per person.

- 1-On-1 Consultation: Share your goals & preferences with a certified trainer.
- Customized Workout Plan: Get a routine built specifically for YMCA equipment & your fitness level.
- Pre-Routine Session: Meet with your trainer for a 45-minute review of your personalized plan. Learn the exercises, review proper movement patterns & get your questions answered.
- Post-Routine Check In: Check back in with the trainer to see how the program went & what your next steps are to continue your journey.
Prenatal Training
Stay strong & energized during pregnancy with safe, low-impact workouts designed for all fitness levels. Led by certified instructors, this program improves strength, flexibility & endurance while supporting your changing body. Join a supportive community & prepare for a healthy pregnancy!
