Motivation, accountability, inspiration and success! A Certified Personal Trainer can give you the support you need to see the results you want. Our trainers can get you going on a workout plan, add variety to your exercise program, or challenge the athlete inside. How to register for personal training:

     2. A Certified Personal Trainer will follow up with you within 24 hours to schedule your first appointment

Alli McCoy- Certified Exercise Physiologist

Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist

Area of specialization: Older adult population and general fitness but would love to work with all kinds of clientele

Training Philosophy: It’s not always about lifting the heaviest weights, strength comes when you are consistent in the simple yet effective tasks to build your foundation!

Hobbies and Interests: I’m an avid cyclist and enjoy training and racing bikes. I’ll do anything outdoors whether it’s playing disc golf, going on hikes, or bird hunting with my American Brittany, Luna!
