Standard Sessions

We combine athletic movements like running, lunging & jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups & squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes & lead you through the workout challenging your limits in a good way, burning up calories & leaving you with a sense of achievement.

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch & kick your way to fitness. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira & Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast & feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude & leave inhibitions at the door.

A revolutionary barbell workout that challenges all major muscle groups. Class consists of squats, presses, lifts & curls as you strengthen, tone & define your entire body. You determine the level you’ll work at by choosing the appropriate weights. The 45 minute format removes the tricep & bicep tracks for a quicker, but still efficient workout.

Cardio Dance is an exhilarating cardio class to radio hits (pop, club, hip hop) that uses music & easy-to-follow moves combining fast & slow rhythms (interval training) to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat.

HIIT Strength allows you to never choose between aerobic & resistance training again! Explore the benefits & challenges of two of our most popular classes. This is a hard hitting combo of HIIT training & muscle work that creates a best of both worlds format! 

Kickboxing uses easy-to-follow kick & punch combinations for a total body cardio workout!

Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone & sports performance. You build strength, stability & endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention & become better at everything you do.

Pilates focuses on proper body alignment, technique & posture based on the basic Joseph Pilates’ exercise method.

Power Tone incorporates strength, balance & flexibility training using various equipment to bring body changing results.

SilverSneakers Classic allows you to have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to improve balance, flexibility, muscular strength & range of motion for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles & a ball are offered for resistance & a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Step offers a single or double step cardio workout. Fun choreography keeps you moving & grooving.

Stretch & Restore is a deep stretch class that will improve joint flexibility, balance & free stagnation in the muscle tissue & lubricate the joints. This is not a gentle yoga or meditative practice but a straightforward & intense stretch session focused on increasing range of motion & decreasing risk of injury for active individuals. 

(30 minutes) Tabata Circuit will begin with a short warm-up followed by a series of four minute exercise sequences broken into eight (20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest) intervals. Class will end with a short cool down & stretch.

Ultimate Circuit incorporates cardio & strength training segments, increasing the overall intensity of the class. This class focuses on all major muscle groups to improve muscular tone, endurance, strength & cardiovascular fitness.

Zumba is a calorie-burning dance fitness party where Latin & World rhythms are combined with easy-to-follow moves. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms are combined to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat.

Zumba Gold is designed for anyone, any age (13+) & any ability level! This class is less intense than Zumba, but using the same rhythms & is guaranteed to be fun & effective total body workout.

Xabeat is a dance-fitness program that provides high intensity cardio & toning in a party like atmosphere. The routines are simple & easy to follow so participants can concentrate on getting a better workout! XaBeat class participants sculpt their bodies & burn calories without even realizing they are working out. This is why they keep coming back for more!


 

Yoga Sessions

Chair Yoga is a unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions & poses through creative use of a yoga chair. The chair is used for support during standing poses, forward & backward bends, side extensions, balancing, & leg & arm stretches. Chair Yoga is suitable for all ages (13+), fitness levels & physical conditions.

Gentle Yoga lets you slow down & reap the rewards of a gentle approach to yoga. This class incorporates yoga props to support the body & customize the poses to suit each student’s individual needs. The class is fitting for students who are new to yoga, students who have physical limitations or are recovering from injury & students who want to have a less rigorous  & more relaxing practice.

This gentle, slow-paced yoga class is designed for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice. The focus is on mindful, fluid movements that cultivate a deep sense of awareness & relaxation. Each pose is approached with intention, encouraging you to listen to your body & move at your own pace. The class flows gently from one posture to the next, allowing ample time to deepen your stretch, explore alignment & build strength without rushing. Poses are held for longer periods to foster a sense of grounding, stability & ease. Some classes we will strengthen our practice with hand weights this is an optional part of your practice. 

Join us for a reset! This is a practice that bridges somatic movement with traditional yoga flows. If you are interested in moving with more flexibility & awareness, this is the class for you. This powerful & accessible yoga practice, rooted in repatterning muscle memory, can improve mobility, reduce muscular stiffness & create sustainable wellness from the inside out. All levels welcome.

Our monthly schedule of Sunday afternoon Yin/Yoga events will focus on taking a collective pause & discovering deep inner stillness & connectivity. This slow, gentle form of yoga uses relaxing postures with props to encourage elongation within the connective tissues, alleviate tension & cultivate wellness. The Nidra Meditation will guide us into deep relaxation at the close of the class. These Yin/Nidra classes are appropriate for all levels & are a perfect complement to your other fitness routines. Please join us each month & discover the cumulative benefits of this type of practice. If you would like to bring a favorite blanket to make your relaxation time extra cozy, please feel free to do so.

Build a solid foundation in the basic poses. Level 1 classes are appropriate for those who are newer to yoga as well as continuing students who are looking to refine their experience.

Flow through your practice as you deepen your understanding of the poses. Level 2 classes continue to develop the foundational poses while accommodating a broader range of experience levels. Prior yoga experience & familiarity with basic poses recommended.

Deepen your practice & challenge yourself physically & mentally. For more advanced practitioners, Level 3 classes work from a base of vigorous sun salutations to explore more challenging variations of poses. Not for beginners – prior yoga experience strongly recommended.

YogaSculpt is for yogis looking to break a sweat & leave feeling uplifted & refreshed. Yoga Sculpt gets the blood pumping & the breath flowing, in a high-intensity, dynamic yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training & cardiovascular exercise, into traditional yoga sequences & provides a full body workout that focuses on strengthening, lengthening, balancing & fortifying from the outside in.

Cycle Sessions

One of the most popular group fitness classes offered. No complicated choreography with easy to learn techniques & added accountability through our ICG Coach By Color training platform integrating the results driven & gamified Coaching with Power philosophy. Intensity is controlled by you, making cycling appropriate for all levels of fitness. If it is your first time to class please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can assist you in fitting your bike.

Water Sessions

Aqua Fit is a low stress workout focusing on aerobics & toning in the shallow water. The workout includes aerobic, strengthening & flexibility exercises appropriate for all fitness levels.

Aqua Zumba, the get fit pool party. Aqua Zumba brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It combines the South American Zumba rhythm & dance steps with a pool party. It offers a fun but challenging, water-based, body-toning workout. So, liven up your working week with some Latin fever.
