A special 8-week long group fitness class open and FREE to the community (13 yrs and up). The class will ease you into yoga by moving slowly and providing instruction for the basic yoga poses including modifications. This class is great for people looking to work on their yoga foundation or who are new to yoga.
Non-members must have valid ID.

T-BALL SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, JULY 28th IS CANCELLED due to the high wind speeds.
