Take full advantage of your membership by using our low-cost Child Watch service! Attend a group fitness class, swim or take a walk with a friend while our experienced caregivers take care of your children. Members can purchase a punch card for $17.50, which is good for ten hours of care, or use the monthly bank draft withdrawl system which allows you to use Child Watch for an unlimited number of days each month. The cost is $15 for one child and $20 for two or more. What you need to know- Your child can stay for up to 2.5 hours/day-Children eight weeks through the age of seven can attend-You need to stay in the facility or be using the Tom O'Leary walking path-You and your child both need to be members-We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis (no reservations) Hours: 8:15-noon Monday through Saturday (Saturday hours begin October 4th) 5:00-7:30 pm Monday through Thursday |

Missouri Valley Family YMCA’s Student Athlete Training is a sports specific program designed and personalized to help athletes achieve their optimal potential and peak performance. We focus on the demands of each individual sport to engineer programs to develop strength, power, balance, stability, endurance, speed and agility. This program implements the use of resistance training, plyometrics, core strengthening, stability/balance exercises, and speed training to help athletes achieve individual goals, build self-esteem and self-confidence, and give them the competitive edge on the field, court, and track. This is crucial because the deciding factor in sports is often times measured in inches and/or tenths of a second. |
