ATHLETICS AMPLIFIED
An exciting & effective 10 week sports strength & conditioning program, led by YMCA Certified Personal Trainers & Exercise Physiologists. This camp will focus on helping young athletes develop proper technique & execution of exercises, specific to each athlete & their sport. The program will improve strength, balance, flexibility, speed, agility, reflexes & coordination in the off season, starting participants off strong & prepared to take the coming season to the next level!
