The essence of yoga is breathing, feeling, and listening to the body. Yoga postures are a series of physical positions deliberate in every movement, feeling into every muscle.

Beginning Yoga
A gentle class that introduces you to basic yoga postures, concentrating on correct alignment and incorporating breathing and relaxation. This light to moderate intensity class is suitable for all fitness levels with no yoga experience.
Gentle Yoga (45 minute class)
This gentle class will challenge muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and increase stamina. Light intensity workout with some postures done using chairs and props. This class is appropriate for beginning yoga practitioners and a variety of fitness levels with no yoga experience.
Yoga on the Move
Experience the mind and body connection in this flowing class that links breath and movement. You'll get a total body workout and leave feeling de-stressed and renewed.
 
PM Yoga (45 minute class)
A kind and gentle version of yoga postures to prepare the body for resting. A light to moderate intensity workout, this class is appropriate for all fitness levels with no yoga experience.
Vinyasa Yoga
In this class, the student moves into and out of each asana (posture) in a well-defined set of movements, called Sun-Salutation, which are combined with specific breathing patterns. This workout is moderate to intense; yoga experience is recommended.
Dynamic Yoga
A more challenging vinyasa based class designed to tone the body and calm the mind by incorporating a variety of postures designed for balance, strength, and flexibility. You will notice undeniable benefits after the first class. This workout is moderate to intense and not appropriate for beginners.
Ashtanga Yoga
In this class, we focus on a variety of postures and breathing techniques. This class will incorporate the Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa) of Ashtanga Yoga: to detoxify and align the body. This workout it moderate to intense and previous yoga experience is strongly recommended. You will need to provide your own straps and blankets.
Tai Chi
An ancient Chinese martial are using balance and flexibility movements all done in an upright standing position. Also called “Yoga in Motion”, this class teaches slow, graceful, meditative movements. This workout is light to moderately intense and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
