All water fitness classes include warm-up, cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and cool down components unless otherwise indicated. Water gloves are recommended. All classes held in Rouzie pool unless otherwise noted.
- Sun Rise (45 minutes)
- This class focuses on aerobics and toning in shallow and deep water and is suitable for all fitness levels.
- Total Toning (45 minutes)
- This aerobic class focuses on total body toning in shallow and deep water and is suitable for all fitness levels.
- Making Waves (60 minutes)
- This aerobic and toning workout takes place in the shallow and deep water and is suitable for all levels of fitness.
- Mid Morning (50 minutes)
- This class focuses on aerobics and toning in shallow and deep water and is suitable for all fitness levels.
- Movin' N Groovin' (45 minutes)
- deep-water workout that works on burning calories, toning and strengthening of muscles
- Lap Swimmers (40 minutes)
- This deep water workout (must be able to swim) focuses on stroke work improvement and gives you an awesome cardio workout at the same time
- Aqua Joggers (40 minutes)
- This workout will give you a challenging alternative to high impact activities
- AOA Shallow and Deep (60 minutes - Kerr Pool)
- This fun class is a combination of shallow and deep water exercises using a variety of water toys to trim, tone and provide cardiovascular exercise. Flotation belts can be used.
- AOA Water Fitness (60 minutes - Kerr Pool)
- Water exercise that includes an aerobic workout along with exercises for flexibility, balance and muscle toning. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.
- In Too Deep (30 minutes)
- Deep water workout that focuses on cardiovascular endurance. Participant must be able to swim in deep water.
