Our Active Older Adult classes and classes for seniors are designed to offer a variety of low impact exercises structured to increase flexibility, strength, range of motion and cardiovascular fitness.

Forever Fit
Low impact aerobic class with 20-30 minutes of cardio workout
Silver Riders
A more gentle cylcle class geared toward the novice rider. This class consists of a steady cycling cadence with 30 minutes on the bike.
 
Senior Shape Up
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.
Senior Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.
