Our Active Older Adult classes and classes for seniors are designed to offer a variety of low impact exercises structured to increase flexibility, strength, range of motion and cardiovascular fitness.
- Forever Fit
- Low impact aerobic class with 20-30 minutes of cardio workout
- Silver Riders
- A more gentle cylcle class geared toward the novice rider. This class consists of a steady cycling cadence with 30 minutes on the bike.

- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.
- Senior Cardio Circuit
- Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.
