Pilates improves core strength and balances the muscles around the joints, improving the way your body functions, looks and feels. Pilates focuses specifically on: breathing and concentration; abdominal control and centering; head and cervical spine placement; fluidity and movememnt; rib cage and pelvic placement.

Pilates 1
This class will provide the basic instruction that of techniques and posture that will ensure proper body alignment and reduce the risk for injury. We will focus on the basic Joseph Pilates' exercise method.
Core & More Level 1
Pilates and Yoga synergizing to produce funtional fitness, optimal health and longevity. Move fluidly through expanded range of motion, build powerful abdominal strength, spinal flexibility, precise alignment, agility, coordination, balance and endurance in terms of stability and control. Level 1 includes instruction in both Yoga and Pilates. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels with no Pilates or Yoga experience.
