Background: I grew up on a farm outside of Havre, MT learning at a young age that you can not achieve anything if you do not give it an effort. I was able to achieve a scholarship to the University of Mary for Track and Field. Competing at that level gave me an awareness of all aspects of fitness and how much you can push your body to achieve what you did not think this was possible. From there’ it’s history. I found the love for health and wellness and have continued to pursue my dream in helping others. I love helping others find that passion and achieve their goals.
When not in the gym, you can find me outside. Between sports, I find time to hunt and fish with my husband. We enjoy going to Montana to elk hunt during archery season. I also have a beautiful daughter who is learning the steps of life.
Accomplishments: I participated in Track and Field in college, competing at the national level and also played volleyball for the University of Mary. I now play for a softball team who has won numerous local and state tournaments as well as placing in national tournaments.
Philosophy: No matter where you are in life right now, no matter who you are, no matter how old you are-it is never to late to be who you are meant to be.
