Girls’ Volleyball/Basketball Conditioning

This program will help prepare and supplement any skill training your athlete is alreadyreceiving from their current practices to make them the best player they can be. This conditioning class will utilize sprints, cone drill, and plyometrics to maximize your athletes’potential. This program is only for experienced volleyball/basketball players.

Session: November 2nd, Sessions are four weeks in length

Registration: Begins October 4th

Age: Grades 7-10

Time: Tuesday and Thursday, 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Fee: $100

 

Boys’ Basketball Conditioning

This program will help prepare and supplement any skill training your athlete is alreadyreceiving from their current practices to make them the best player they can be. This conditioning class will utilize sprints, cone drill, and plyometrics to maximize your athletes’potential. This program is only for experienced basketball players.

Session: November 1st, Sessions are four weeks in length

Registration: Begins October 4th

Age: Grades 7-10

Time: Monday and Wednesday, 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Fee: $100

 

Mighty Milers is a running based program that gives kids the encouragement and motivationto get moving, improve their health and fi tness, and set and strive for individual goals. As kids reach specific milestones, incentives and rewards will keep them motivated!  Beginning in September, Mighty Milers will meet twice a week to log miles, review individual goals, learn about other health and wellness topics, and have fun being part of a group.  Watch for further details as we continue to develop this program!  For more information contact Katie Kost, Fitness Director, at 701.255.1525

Katie's Kruisers

This Girls only running group will help your pre-teen learn to love running. Katie Kost, one of our certified personal trainers, will progress your young runner into a personalized running program that suits their individual needs and levels. Each session is twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30AM-9:30AM. The sessions will be four week in length.

  • Registration begins April 1st
  • Session I: June 1st
  • Session II: July 6th
  • Session III: August 10th
  • Member: $80 Non-member: $150
 

GI-Jane Bootcamp

This 4-week women’s only boot camp class will take your training to the next level! This class will keep you guessing and get you in shape. This is a high-energy, interval training class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Classes will be held inside and outside depending on the weather. The sessions will get progressively harder as the summer goes on, so that we continue to challenge you physically and mentally. 

Registration Begins April 1st

  • Session I    -Basic Training May 4th
  • Session II  - Special Ops. June 7th
  • Session III - Deployment July 12th 

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 6:00 - 7:00 am - Led by Katie Kost

  • Member Fee: $150.00
  • Non Member Fee: $250.00 sessions
  • Location: Life Center

 Limited to 20 participants

Class is not designed for beginners

 

Spartacus Bootcamp

This 4-week co-ed boot camp style program will help you tone up, lose weight, and have you feeling great! Get ready to challenge your body in the gym, on the track, running stairs and even being outside. This is a high-energy, interval training class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. This is an hour-long, action-packed, super-fun workout that your body will not forget. 

Registration Begins April 1st

Sessions:

  • Session I    -May 3rd
  • Session II  - June 7th

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6:00 - 7:00 am - Led by Johnny Crawford

  • Member Fee: $150.00
  • Non Member Fee: $250.00 sessions
  • Location: Life Center

• Limited to 20 participants • Must be a YMCA Member

• Class is not designed for beginners
