Girls’ Volleyball/Basketball Conditioning
This program will help prepare and supplement any skill training your athlete is alreadyreceiving from their current practices to make them the best player they can be. This conditioning class will utilize sprints, cone drill, and plyometrics to maximize your athletes’potential. This program is only for experienced volleyball/basketball players.
Session: November 2nd, Sessions are four weeks in length
Registration: Begins October 4th
Age: Grades 7-10
Time: Tuesday and Thursday, 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Boys’ Basketball Conditioning

Mighty Milers is a running based program that gives kids the encouragement and motivationto get moving, improve their health and fi tness, and set and strive for individual goals. As kids reach specific milestones, incentives and rewards will keep them motivated! Beginning in September, Mighty Milers will meet twice a week to log miles, review individual goals, learn about other health and wellness topics, and have fun being part of a group.
