Blue Cross Blue Shield Fitness Reimbursement Program
The YMCA has many members regularly completing their monthly visits, exercising, and improving their health and receiving a reimbursement for leading a healthy lifestyle.
A few reminders:
Be sure to always carry your card and scan at the west or east member service desk so all your visits are counted for the month. Unless this scan is made or your name is manually entered into the computer at the scanning station, your visit will not be recorded.
At any time, you can ask the member service desk to check how many monthly visits you have recorded. This is helpful if you are just not sure if you have completed 12 visits or not.
As communicated by Blue Cross Blue Shield ND, you will not receive your December reimbursement payment (for November visits) until you complete the online reauthorization process that is required annually by BCBSND after January 1. In order to continue receiving reimbursements, you must annually reauthorize. To complete the annual reauthorization you log onto ndwellnesscenter.com and follow the instructions.
In order to help facilitate completing the BCBSND reauthorization or online sign up, the YMCA has added a kiosk in its main lobby. Please ask staff for assistance if needed.
