  • Corporate Cup Challenge

    SAVE THE DATE! The Y, along with EideBailly and The Chamber, is hosting the first annual Corporate Cup Challenge on Friday April 20th! Join us as teams from area businesses vie for the traveling trophy by competing in dodgeball, Wild Inspire Trivia, tug o' war, wacky relays, and Who's Got Talent. Registration is open - get a team together for your office and register at www.corpcupchallenge.com! Proceeds from the event will got to the United Way and your Y.

  • February Intro to Group Fitness Series

    Perfect for beginners or anyone new to group fitness - Learn the basics of the class format, focus on form for a safe and effective workout, and have fun!   • Part Time Junior Kindergarten Registration

    Registration for the 2012-2013 Y Junior Kindergarten Program begins Monday, February 13 at 10:00am in the Youth Development Center. Limited spots available so register early! Contact the Youth Development Center at 266-6122 for more information.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Fitness Reimbursement

    At the beginning of each year those receiving a fitness reimbursement through Blue Cross Blue Shield must fill out an online reauthorization form. Starting in January, simply visit www.ndwellnesscenter.com (use the same username and password from your initial sign-up) and fill out the short survey. Stop by the Member Service Desk for more information on our fitness reimbursement programs.

  • Lifeguarding Classes

    The Y is offering American Red Cross CPR classes for the professional rescuer, first aid, and lifeguarding. Candidates must be 15 years old on or before the last day of class. Read more about lifeguarding classes.

  • Y SURVIVOR PROGRAM

    Y Survivor is a no cost 6 week program for cancer survivors to regain strength and confidence caused by the de-conditioning and fatigue of cancer. A certified fitness instructor will lead classes to help increase strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Receive encouragement and support from the instructor and fellow classmates as you to work to establish normalcy in post cancer treatment life. Professional speakers will join some of the sessions to discuss areas of health, life after cancer, and nutrition. Read more about the Y Survivor Program.

View Weekly Pool Schedule

*OL: Open Lanes are lanes not in use by the class. They are available to those over 13 years of age that want to Swim laps or exercise in the lane. Children 10-12 years old may swim laps if accompanied by a parent in the water.

Family Swim: Anyone under 18 must be directly supervised by a parent or guardian. Parent or guardian must be in the water.

Open Swim: Any child that cannot touch the bottom in the shallow end, cannot swim or wears a buble must be directly supervised by a responsible person who is 16 years or older. This person must stay with the child in the shallow end at all times. All children must be accompanied by an adult who is in the water.
