Kids' Fitness

This summer, we are taking our Kids' Fitness program outside! Y Kids' Fitness is an exercise program for kids ages 8-12 with aerobic, strength, and play activities designed to teach children to enjoy exercise and learn how to have a healthy body - and it's FREE for members!

3rd annual Family Fun Run!

Join us for our 3rd annual Family Fun Run on Monday, August 5!
Start time: 5:30pm (meet just outside the West Entrance doors at the Y)
Get the entire family together for a fun and active evening. Walk or run – maybe a little of both - around the Tom O’Leary Loop (2.2 miles) as a family and as a team! Refreshments and medals of completion will be provided.
Cost: FREE (open to members and non-members)
