Bootcamps & Programs

Bootcamps are 4-6 week challenges to motivate you, push your fitness level, and add variety to your workouts. Bootcamps are scheduled throughout the year and will be posted to our website, Facebook page and throughout the Life Center.

Total Body Knockout Bootcamp - Round II

Register now for the next session of TBK Bootcamp! Designed for the intermediate to advanced exercisers – get ready to push your body to the extreme. Six week session runs from January 17th – February 23rd with two options for your schedule:

  • Tuesday & Thursday 5:30am – with Matt Schultz and Johnny Crawford
  • Tuesday & Thursday 12:05pm – with Bernie Belzer and Rob Dekrey

New Year, New You Bootcamp

Start the new year off with our New Year, New You Bootcamp! Designed just for beginner exercisers or those that have been away from exercise for awhile – New Year, New You will get your on the right track for the new year with results you never thought you could achieve! Six week session runs January 17th – February 23rd on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45pm-6:45pm.
