Y Before/After School

What are your kids doing after school? At the Y, kids build self-esteem and values in a fun and safe environment. You'll know they're growing and exploring to their full potential; they'll just think they're having fun! Y Afterschool staff will provide a positive learning and recreational experience. Children will have time to stretch their minds and their bodies. The Youth Development Center offers before and after school programming for students K-6 at the YMCA and at our North location (Century Baptist Church). Our before-school program is only offered at the YMCA. Transportation to/from area schools may be available. Breakfast and after-school snacks are provided. Adventure Camp

YMCA Adventure Camp is an exciting place to be on days off of school!! Activities include art, gym and outdoor activities. For kids ages 8 and over we also offer swimming. Hours are from 6:30am to 6:00pm. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are included.

Registration

  • September-December session registrations begin Sept. 4, 2012
  • January-May session registrations begin January 2, 2013
  • Registration will close two business days prior to camp date
  • Register at the Y Member Service Desk
  • Limited spots are available so register as soon as possible. Many camp dates fill up before registration ends.
  • You are required to also fill out a Health & Information Form when you drop your child off.

Fees

  • $39 per day per child
