Basic Fitness
Learn and enhance basic step skills with varying intensities to challenge the beginning and intermediate fitness participant. 25-30 minutes of cardio activity and 10-15 minutes of toning and abdominal work.
Basic Double Step
Always wanted to join Super Step but not quite sure how to break yourself in? Learn the skills and self confidence to move into the fun, fast paced workout using multiple steps in various patterns.
Step Challenge
A challenging fat burning workout using step/double step cardio conditioning
Super Step
Intense cardio workout for the already fit exerciser using multiple steps. Challenge your body and mind in this fun, energetic class. This class is not appropriate for beginners.
Cycling
Easy Rider (30-35 minutes of riding)
Learn the basic rules of the road and cycling techniques in this entry level class. You'll build up your endurance to join the regular cycling classes in no time at all. No fancy choreography to learn and you can work at a pace you are comfortable with.
Cycling
The instructor will choose an accumulation of cadence, resistance and position to challenge the novice as well as the conditioned, experienced rider. You've heard how much fun this class is and what a great workout it is, why not experience it for yourself?
BOSU
Intro to BOSU
Learn exercises and movement patterns on the BOSU that will challenge your balance while allowing you to work at your pace. 25-30 minutes of cardio activity and 10-15 minutes of toning and abdominal work
BOSU
It's half a resist-a-ball and a step combined into one exciting, new piece of exercise equipment. BOSU training adds the elements of versatility, balance and challenge to any cardio or strength workout.
Muscle Work
Group strength training for all fitness levels. The class is set to music using barbells, dumbbells,
resist-a-bands and BOSO. Focuses on major muscle groups in upper and lower body parts plus abdominals. Improve muscular tone, endurance and strength. New and challenging formats will challenge the new exerciser as well as the more advanced muscle worker.
